Team Project Coordinator

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in MNC.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work within various internal and external parties.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and common office applications.
  • Independent, agile, highly efficient with good multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, yet able to work under pressure.

The School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (SPMS) at NTU Singapore hosts research and education activities in two divisions: Division of Mathematical Sciences (MAS) and Division of Physics and Applied Physics (PAP). MAS covers diverse topics ranging from pure mathematics to the applications of mathematics in cryptography, computing, business, and finance. Join the laboratory of David Wilkowski at SPMS. We are seeking a Project Officer to contribute to a project focused on developing quantum processors at Nanyang Technological University. The incumbent will manage the administrative part of the project in close collaboration with the Principal Investigator, the other group members, and the various administrative offices of the university.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute finance, budgeting, manpower planning, grant administration, and policy interpretation to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Oversee procurement activities, including raising Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Good Receipts (GR) to streamline purchasing operations.
Plan and execute events such as industry and academic seminars, colloquia, and conferences, ensuring successful delivery and engagement.
