- Using relevant available tools provided and in compliance with standards, maintains, updates and shares information in the areas of a master calendar of external events, competitor rate intelligence, RevPar penetration (RGI), arrival and spending patterns of commercial accounts, denial reports, guest capture rates, Loyalty program penetration both overall and by account (and for bookers), system contribution and trends in rooms revenue by channel, segment and account.

- Monitor competitor pricing for all revenue generating departments, understands the dynamic of the local market and the demand generators, and recommends appropriate actions to the General Manager in relation to the hotel's pricing and market mix strategy in all distribution channels including brand website and 3rd-party sites.
- Monitor and determine demand periods for rooms through an analysis of historical data and current bookings. Responsible for tracking and analyzing of booking pace, group wash, cut off enforcement for groups as well as denied and regretted business.
- Approve and/or implement sell strategies for all group proposals above 10 rooms on any one night, and collaborates with the Director of Sales / Director of Sales & Marketing on setting group rates.
- Manage use of revenue systems* on a daily basis. This includes the responsibility for any manipulation of the yield hurdle points and daily inventory balancing where appropriate. Effectively manage and be in control of all inventory (transient, group, wholesale allotments and others).

You will be part of the team in Pricing and Commercial Strategy Division within the Commercial Cluster. The team is responsible for the management of all the revenue streams of the airport including aircraft landing, parking and aerobridge fees, passenger service charges, car parking, utilities and airport service charges. The team also undertakes the short and long term forecasting, budgeting and variance reporting of CAG's revenue streams on a regular basis to facilitate management's business planning and decision-making, as well as the organisation of strategic initiatives for the Commercial Cluster.
We are looking to hire an energetic, driven analyst to be part of the team to be involved in the budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis of our commercial revenue, alongside the pricing and management of the various airport charges at Changi. JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Cluster Director of Commercial Strategy & Sales, the Cluster Director of Revenue Management is responsible for leading the Revenue Management team in strategic revenue management strategies around pricing, inventory allocation, and distribution channel management for both Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa and Raffles Sentosa Singapore. The CDRM establishes goals and implements tactical efforts, with the goal of promoting revenue growth generation among key customer segments and revenue centers, and supporting the hotel's brand positioning and image. The role is responsible for data quality and analysis, providing gathered intelligence, and recommending revenue and e-commerce strategies to the Commercial Strategy team, as well as other corporate and ownership entities. In addition, the role ensures that inventory allocation and pricing parameters are positioned to support the overall revenue goals of the hotel, while assisting all stakeholders in maximizing profit. REVENEUE MANAGEMENT
- Lead strategic planning and collaborates with all hotel profit generation teams to actively seek opportunities to drive incremental profit for Rooms, Restaurants, Spas, and other revenue streams.

- Oversee content management in all electronic channels, liaises with hotel Marketing team to ensure regular updates of images and descriptions of hotel, room brands, outlets and services are completed.

RESERVATIONS
