• Ensure the safe operation of equipment, minimizing the risk of accidents and injuries.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in food production or a related field.

• A good understanding of food processing and packing equipment, including their maintenance and operation.

• Hands-on skills in mechanical, electronic, and electrical work.

• The ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Experience working in a central kitchen environment is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is advantageous.

Production Line Associate

• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules across multiple surface treatment lines.
• Oversee receiving of customer parts, proper documentation, and routing to the correct processes.
• Supervise a team of operators (local and foreign) and ensure SOPs are followed for masking, pretreatment, and finishing.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new hires on surface treatment techniques and safety protocols.
• Work closely with QC team to support inspection, first article verification, and defect reduction.
