The Noddle Manufacturing Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire noodle production process, ensuring smooth operations and product quality while maintaining compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

• Production Management:
• Develops and monitors daily noodle production schedules to meet targets and optimize productivity.
• Ensures that machines, equipment, and raw materials are well maintained and sufficient to support efficient production processes.
• Quality Control:
• Maintains product consistency and quality in accordance with company and regulatory standards, including those set by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
• Conducts regular inspections and promptly resolves any production issues that may arise.
• Team Supervision:
• Supervises and trains production staff, packers, and cleaners to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
• Ensures discipline, teamwork, and adherence to proper safety practices among all workers.
• Inventory & Procurement:
• Oversees the usage of raw materials and maintains accurate stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinates with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and packaging materials.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
• Enforces strict food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards within the production area to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensures compliance with relevant regulations, including those set by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and SFA.
• Reporting:
• Prepares and presents production and performance reports to management for review and analysis.
• Suggests improvements for productivity and cost control, based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.

A strong leader with at least 3-5 years' experience in food manufacturing or noodle production is required. The ideal candidate should possess good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with a preference for certifications like HACCP and ISO.

This role requires effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage diverse teams and work under pressure.

What a typical work day looks like

• Coordinate with Sales and Printing Operators to ensure timely delivery for all orders
• Assemble and clean finished product
• Quality checks and pack orders for delivery
• Receive and check incoming stock
• Stock take and update inventory system
• Perform housekeeping duties to ensure clean and neat workspaces
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

As a Technician ll under our Chemical Production Department , you will be responsible for all the routine and non-routine processes of chemical formulations ( lens materials, PAA supply tank, Phosphate Buffer Solution and Saline) Operations in our Tuas Plant.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Performs routine and non-routine processes in chemical production operations
• Helps manage and maintain chemical production calibration, documentation, inventory (i.e. cycle count), maintenance and compliance
• Assumes full responsibility in maintaining training on the required technical, quality compliance and safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Participates and/or initiate projects that improve process efficiency and/or reduce operating cost
• Knows, understands and complies with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) guidelines. Reports any unsafe conditions, injuries, illnesses and hazardous material releases
• Knowledgeable in safe handling of chemicals/waste disposal
• Supports implementation of Data Integrity (DI) Program for the site

Job Requirement:

• NITEC in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Min 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment, production operations, GMP/GDP manufacturing or any other related manufacturing sectors.
• Comfortable to be lifting heavy weights
• Forklift Licence is an advantage
• Transport provided from Kranji and Boon Lay MRT
• Can perform 12 hours rotating day and overnight shift work (2-2-3 shift pattern)
