Key Responsibilities:

• Support environmental management activities, including control of chemicals, energy, water, and waste.

• Conduct periodic solution analysis and replenishment.

• Establish and review process parameters (PMP) and FMEA.

• Resolve production issues to improve quality and safety.

• Develop and update work instructions to enhance productivity and quality.

• Drive production capacity improvements and cost-down projects.

• Identify and contain non-conforming products to prevent customer impact.

• Arrange for production or shipment stoppage in case of major quality issues.

• Report quality, environmental, water efficiency, and safety issues to internal authorities.

• Liaise with customers regarding production issues and projects.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Working Hours: 6 days (8.30am - 5.30pm)

• Operate and manage laundry machines, including washers, dryers, and presses.
• Load and unload laundry efficiently.
• Adjust machine settings based on fabric type and load.
• Sort laundry by color and material type.
• Treat items that require special cleaning methods.
• Report any damaged laundry to supervisors.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and maintain a clean workspace.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Fold and press laundry to company standards.
• Handle customer requests and concerns.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by Management.

• Experience with laundry equipment.
• Able to follow safety and operational instructions.
• Availability to work weekends.
