CNC Grinding Operator Job Duties:
- Loads feed mechanism by automation gripper and conveyor.
- Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces; adhering to company standards.

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Preventive Maintenance Engineer / Technician to deliver essential maintenance services for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. In this role, you will ensure equipment reliability and uptime by performing scheduled preventive maintenance activities that support module goals. You will work closely with customers on-site, following SOPs and safety standards to maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition.
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on Semiconductor equipment to ensure success and survival rate to meet module goals
Follow SOP as per specification and execute good maintenance of tools
Support and perform PM activities according to customer scheduling and requirement
Coordination and arrangement with logistic for new & old parts
Ensure and follow good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module
Support tool owner in technical activities in fab: trouble shoot, modification, installation, de-installation
Preparation & housekeeping of PM jigs & tools
Maintain good housekeeping in the production floor / sub-fab / office and maintenance support areas
Reports directly to the Project Manager on task and reports
Qualifications
Prefer experience in semiconductor modules Diffusion/Implant/CVD/PVD/CMP
