We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Line Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products.

• Feed bottles into filling machines and check product labels for accuracy.
• Remove defective products and feed bottles and carton boxes into carton machines.
• Transfer products using trolleys/pallet jacks and collect and pack products into dozen boxes.
• Pack products into cartons and palletize them for efficient storage.
• Ensure accurate and efficient packing procedures are followed at all times.

• You should possess excellent Quality Control skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail is essential for this role, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• You should also have good communication skills and be able to work independently to meet daily targets.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible safe operations of equipment to manufacture products.
• Perform checks and ensure safety features (machine guarding, interlocks, etc)
• Report immediately to direct supervisor if any safety features are not functional or alteration.
• Comply with the management regulation of company and department, obey the job assignment.
• Comfortable using long hour of Microscope for inspection of defects.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily production activities, manpower planning, and waste disposal
Ensure production output meets established specifications and timelines

Escalate production constraints to Operations Specialist/Supervisor
Coach and mentor less experienced colleagues
Provide training for new hires and stand in during manpower shortages
Liaise with Maintenance team on equipment issues
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives
Execute SQDC meeting standards
Manage raw materials and inventory
Requirements
Strong technical communication and judgment
In-depth knowledge of standard operating processes

Work Schedule
Shift : Monthly rotating day/night shift (4 days/week including weekends)
Day: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Night: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
