About the Job
You will assist the Creative Producer in the planning, managing and implementation of all church worship services, events and productions.
- Co-ordinate, facilitate, oversee the preparation and smooth running of both English and Chinese events & productions
- Manage church level productions establishing production timelines and schedules and its effective implementation
- Liaise between the Creative Producer and the different ministries for the purpose of directing operations to achieve event/production objectives
- Ensure that service SOPs and processes are followed through at all times
- Liaise with external vendors for quotes and deliverables
- Oversee volunteers’ management and support
- Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiencies of the production team and volunteers’

· Enforce the use of appropriate PPE for technical crew and visiting personnel.
· Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards promptly.
7. Ancillary functions
· To coordinate and event manage ancillary venues or events.

Qualifications

· Tertiary qualification in Technical Theatre, Stage Management, or equivalent professional experience.
2. Training

· Basic knowledge in stage craft, stage lighting and stage audio.
· Computer literate.
3. Experience
