**Role Overview:**
+ Lead and review RCCA / Dive and presenting findings and area of improvement
+ Investigate warranty complaints, high rework areas and workmanship scrap issues with respective teams to reduce overall Cost of Poor Quality.
+ Liaising with Operations/Engineering to investigate and drive avoidance of repair-induced Departures.
+ Engagement & training of inspectors and certifying staff to ensure disposition & inspection process
+ Communicates Quality First culture and Quality improvement plans through Quality corner sessions
+ Review data of rework, warranty complaints and workmanship scrap from analytics and presenting findings and recommendations for improvements
+ Ensuring compliance with established company procedures, policies and regulations
+ Gauging levels of quality risks within business unit and advising on changes to be made
+ Liaising with Operation & Engineering teams for all quality matters
+ Support internal audits and perform CAR verifications.
+ Checking that Process Change Notice (PCN) are accurate and comply with requirements
+ Liaising with Digital team to support digital transformation projects for Quality
**Ideal Candidate**
+ The ideal candidate is able to demonstrate familiar understanding of the Aerospace industry and has worked in the Aerospace industry.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college (or equivalent)
+ Candidate with relevant aerospace experience in repair/manufacturing or a quality assurance role has added advantage.
+ Candidate with recognized Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification has added advantage
+ Good command of written and spoken English
+ Basic knowledge of PC software (Microsoft Office)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Quality Control (QC) laboratory to ensure smooth workflow and compliance.
  • Conduct timely testing and analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples using approved methods to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.

  • Lead and coordinate investigations related to Out-of-Specification (OOS), deviations and atypical test results.
  • Act as Process Owner to assess and approve changes, deviations and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Ensure training programs are effectively conducted for QC personnel and training records are well maintained.
  • Keep all QC records and documents organized and audit-ready at all times.

Requirements:

THE ROLE:

We are System Level Test (SLT) Central Engineering team providing test solutions for New Product Introduction (NPI) under the Product Engineering Organization. We do exciting product development for leading-edge technology that will power the next generation processors used for high performance computing. As a Product Development Engineer, you will experience working with and learning from AMD’s talented engineering teams around the world – design, platform, packaging, device analysis among others. You will learn the ins and outs of the microprocessor and how to harness it to produce the highest performance at the highest quality. You will be challenged to come up with innovative and creative ways to solve the complex problems that come with developing products using the latest technologies.

THE PERSON:

We’re looking for someone with a thirst for technical knowledge – willing to learn and impart knowledge to others. We want someone with a solid foundation and interest in APU and PC architecture. A results-oriented engineer with good stakeholder management skills which are crucial when interfacing with various teams across AMD. Seeking Qualified Candidates Position: Software Engineer (Southeast Asian candidates preferred) THE ROLE:

This job description outlines the key responsibilities, requirements, and desirable skills for a System Level Test Technician. The ideal candidate should have basic technical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

THE PERSON:

Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Good communication skills are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Liaise with manufacturing sites and planners to ensure smooth execution of engineering activities.
  2. Support engineers in configuring and maintaining test benches to ensure stability and testing requirements.
  3. Assist in system recovery by triaging and debugging basic system issues.
  4. Manage units by tracking and docking them on System Level Test benches/Stations.
  5. Generate work orders for the engineering lab to execute.
  6. Provide basic SLT debugging through root cause analysis to resolve equipment or product issues.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  1. Basic understanding of semiconductor testing.
  2. Basic understanding of PC components; experience building a PC is a plus.
  3. Knowledge of system level testing methodologies and principles.
  4. Experience with testing tools such as oscilloscopes or logic analyzers.
  5. Familiarity with manufacturing and operations.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report generation skills.
  7. Optional: Software programming/scripting skills (C, C++, Java, Perl, Ruby, Python).
  8. Familiarity with Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems.
  9. 2-3+ years of industry experience.

  • Design, development and delivery of work class KYC systems and processes with a view to distribution of a world class Client and Staff experience.
  • Lead the capability to realise business value through the creation and delivery of a product roadmap and its associated product backlog
  • Lead the valuation of business initiatives, requirements gathering and produce analysis artefacts to drive change initiatives: operating model, process maps and business requirements
  • Support the engagement of key stakeholders across client facing divisions, product areas, Legal and Compliance and Financial Crime Risk, etc.
  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the business initiatives and collaboration on epics and user stories

Role Responsibilities

  • Define overall delivery model across the KYC workstream, which best folds all workstreams and squads into an optimized whole, delivering vs the strategic targets of the programme
  • Champion and refine best practices for delivery, including evolving roles & responsibilities and resourcing approaches to ensure best utilization of funds to secure a given outcome
  • Ensure the workstream delivery is adaptable to changing business needs and market dynamics.
  • Development and tracking of delivery metrics to demonstrate progress of delivery and key points for intervention
  • Ensure the voices of clients and relevant stakeholders are represented
  • Develop an understanding of all areas of the Group CLM Policy and Procedures as a foundation for creating supportive relationships with Policy and Process teams
  • Within sprints, assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
  • Research and analyse market, the users, and the roadmap for the product, feeding this into the Product ownership team
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

  • Create transparency around backlog item progress, blockers, impediments, dependencies, and product value delivery via metrics
  • Ensure all artefacts and assurance deliverables are as per the required standards and policies (e.g., CDS, CGP
  • Leads and manages the work of a team of over 10 POs and BAs who are collectively developing market leading capabilities for SCB. This team will be based in multi-countries.
  • Is a core member of the team, 100% dedicated to the role. They may support more than one team, only if the team's backlog items are derived from the same Product Backlog.
  • Work with Scrum Master and squad members to build an empowered, high performing team in a psychologically-safe environment
  • Ensure regular engagement and management of Process Change, Operational and Delivery Risk for their backlog (and all other relevant Risk requirement)
  • Ensure compliance with delivery model governance, refinement forums, monthly and quarterly performance reviews
  • Ensure support for Risk Framework Owners from CFCC, Operational Risk and Cybersecurity
Our Ideal Candidate

Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of relevant working experience in Banking domain
  • 5+ years’ experience in CDD operations for CIB clients is required
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner is required
  • Must have worked on global enterprise scale application developments and implementations, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • Must have – Hands on experience as a Product Owner in writing business initiatives, business cases, epics, features, user stories and working with scrum team
  • Good working knowledge of international banking; experience in Wholesale Banking, especially in the client on-boarding and/or due diligence (KYC), Tax (FATCA, CRS), Regulations (MIFID, EMIR, Dodd Frank) or applicable product knowledge is highly preferable
  • Certification in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, CBAP/ Agile methodology / Scrum master is added advantage
  • Outstanding presentation skills and highly effective verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate business priorities, complex concepts and models and business information to a technical and non-technical audience at analyst and senior management level
  • Demonstrates creative thinking by generating new ideas and concepts and identifying new ways of doing things.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to perform root cause analysis
  • Ability to quickly absorb and learn new systems, methodologies and types of information.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, discussions and meetings with stakeholders at all levels
