Introduce and market new products by developing integrated product rollout plans with training unit, sales, marketing and shared services teams.
Keep abreast of global industry trends and education technology to identify new opportunities.
Work with the Training Manager to address customers' requirements, and develop product (learning) solutions to support sales and client needs.
Engage and align with Marketing and Sales to position the value proposition accurately.
Strategic Partnership Management
Manage key partnerships to fulfil/exceed performance commitment.
Develop regular communication channels with key partners, to build trust and confidence.
Source and recruit new best-in-class partnerships to increase the product family or product division value proposition to customers.
Alignment with Government & Regulatory Requirement
Monitor and evaluate the impact of government initiatives and regulatory changes on product strategies.
Leverage government initiatives and regulatory changes to optimize product offerings and capture new market segments or improve existing market share.
Business Performance Reporting
Analyse actual product sales data and provide short-term and mid-term product sales forecasts for management.
Review product sales performance, recommend strategies and develop action plans to sustain or improve performance.
Contributes ideas and provide support to organisational-level initiatives.
Promote and support the organisation’s service, productivity and innovation culture.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by participating in relevant conferences, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks.
Requirements:
Degree or the equivalent in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Marketing or Business/ Commerce disciplines with at least 8 years of working experience.
Candidates with experience in developing HR or Leadership programs/ courses will be an added advantage.
Candidates with Product Management experience in the training & education sector will be an added advantage.
Candidates familiar with Social Media marketing/ event marketing will be an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Product Development , you will be reporting to the Director. Your principal duties include but are not limited to the following:

· Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal-setting to the senior management team.

· Support management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates

· Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material

· Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested

· Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

· Establish the planning process for the company by converting the Sales forecast into a feasible

manufacturing plan;

· Oversee preparation and timely release of raw materials to production to meet production orders. Track usage of raw materials to production;

· Prepare monthly reports on the performance of production and highlight issues and bottlenecks that may potentially impact the achievement of the production schedule and customer satisfaction;

· Preparation of various monthly reports for Management (Sale & Purchase Invoice Summary, Sales & Sales Profit Report, Sale by Segment Sale Report, Unit Price Calculation, Bi-yearly Sales Budget Report, etc.)

· Ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

· Has good time management skills

· Good understanding of manufacturing process, and reasonable expectations as to what can be accomplished within a certain timeframe

· Ability to analyze consumer data to optimize sales efforts

· Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

Requirements

· 2 - 5 years of sales experience in a recent relevant manufacturing environment is preferred

· Ability to adapt in the fast-paced working environment

· Willing to travel, usually to Malaysia to visit supplier and customer( once per month, 2-3 days per trip )
