Responsibilities:
  • Define and own Airwallex’s embedded finance product strategy, solution design, roadmap, and delivery plans.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to build, launch, and iterate a wide variety of Airwallex's products.
  • Deeply understand user needs, target markets, and the competitive landscape; leverage customer and partner feedback to inform strategy and prioritization.

Minimum qualifications:
  • 10+ years of overall professional experience.
  • 2+ years of formal people management experience, with a track record in building and leading high-performance teams.
  • Experience in product management, go-to-market propositions, product design, product planning and development
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM discipline
  • Evidence of exemplary academic achievements (e.g. high GPA, Dean's list, scholarship etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Close attention to detail, ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions with data and first-principle insights
