Team Introduction

BytePlus, a business unit of ByteDance, offers intelligent platform services powered by industry-leading research in emerging technologies. From data analytics to computer vision software, BytePlus solutions help businesses reach their potential. The Platform team provides a reliable, easy-to-use platform for businesses to discover, learn about, purchase, and use BytePlus solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Manage productization and GTM strategies for domestic and overseas vector databases and RAG knowledge bases, including planning, market research, customer demand analysis, design, development, implementation, and external promotion.
2. Lead the productization of vector retrieval for ByteDance's internal recommendation platform, covering demand research, design, development, and internal promotion.
3. Oversee the implementation and delivery of large model application solutions, demonstrating ownership and enthusiasm for large model applications.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or related fields.
• Knowledge of vector databases, RAG knowledge bases, long-term memory banks, machine learning/deep learning models, and large model application processes. Ability to independently handle product planning, demand research, market analysis, user research, design, and evaluation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong technical understanding, familiar with basic principles of common machine learning algorithms and NLP capabilities.
• Industry experience in e-commerce, gaming, automotive, or large model manufacturing sectors.

From data analytics tools to computer vision software, BytePlus solutions enable businesses to reach their potential. To help businesses access BytePlus technologies, the Platform team delivers a reliable and easy-to-use platform that businesses can use to discover, learn more about, purchase, and use BytePlus solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the productization and GTM (Go-to-Market) of domestic and overseas vector databases and RAG knowledge bases, including product planning, market research, customer demand investigation, product design, development and implementation, and external promotion strategies.

2. In charge of the productization of vector retrieval for ByteDance's internal recommendation middle platform, covering demand research, product design, follow-up on development and implementation, and internal business promotion.

3. Oversee the implementation and delivery of large model application product solutions, with a strong sense of ownership and great enthusiasm for large model applications.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science or related majors.

2. Familiar with vector databases, RAG knowledge bases, long-term memory banks, machine learning/deep learning models, and the full-link processes and solutions of large model applications. Capable of independently completing product planning, functional demand research, market analysis, user research, product design, and effect evaluation.

3. Possess clear logical thinking and expression skills, strong product sense, an active and innovative mindset, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Strong technical comprehension, familiar with the basic principles of common machine learning algorithms and NLP capabilities.

2. Strong industry understanding, with application experience in industries such as e-commerce, games, automotive, and large model manufacturers.
