- System & Software Requirements 
- Lead development of System Requirements Specifications (SRS) based on clinical, operational, and regulatory needs.

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans (unit, integration, validation, field trials).

- Product Documentation & Release 
- Lead creation of Product Manuals (user guides, safety, maintenance, troubleshooting). 
- Maintain design and development artifacts under ISO 9001 document control. 
- Commercial & Tender Support 
- Partner with sales/commercial teams for technical documentation and compliance checklists. 
- Support tender submissions with system specifications, solution overviews, and integration details.
- Join customer calls/demos to clarify system features, safety, and capabilities.
- Degree/Master's in Robotics, Mechatronics, or Systems Engineering (PhD a plus).
- 7+ years in robotics, with 3+ years in AMRs (healthcare/logistics preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ISO 3691-4, functional safety, risk compliance.
- Hands-on with ROS/Gazebo, MATLAB/Simulink, CAD, DOORS/Polarion/Jama.
