Key Responsibilities
- Administer the sales process including customer service, product demos, present proposals and closing of sales and follow up for a specific brand.
- Assist in technical product research and involved in the review process with the design team.
- In-charge of day-to-day operations and activities which includes administering everything related to said brand e.g. sales, procurement, aftersales and arranging for delivery.
- Conducting market research, analysing customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and future development.
- Overseeing sales forecasting, planning and executing promotional events and overseeing social media marketing.
- Liaise with other staff involved in the sales of the product ‘USM’ across related channels.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company.

The Role

You will serve as the go-to expert for the company’s products, bridging the gap between the product development team, sales team, and customers. Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of product features, technical specifications, and competitive advantages.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends.
- Be the subject matter expert for customers in stores and establish meaningful touchpoints with clients
- Proactively promote Hegen’s brand and demonstrate the use of Hegen products to end consumers
- Develop sales pitch, monitor industry trends and perform basic reporting
- Provide insight and recommendations to improve product positioning and market share

Requirements:
- Experience dealing with retailers and/or consumers in a retail or consumer goods company
- Proficiency in at least 2 languages including English is mandatory.
