Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical and functional product knowledge during presentations, request for proposals, and client workshops.

- 2–5 years of experience in product specialist, pre-sales, or business development roles within fintech, banking, or financial software industries.
- Knowledge of financial products (e.g., payments, wealth management, trading platforms, lending solutions, or core banking systems).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
- Experience with CRM tools, product demo platforms, and sales enablement tools is a plus.
- Self-driven, analytical, and customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Develop channels for the sales & marketing of columbarium niches
- Attend to enquiries for niches from sources such as phone calls, website and social media
- Respond to booking of niches from industry partners in a prompt manner
- Show prospects to the niches in a respectful manner
- Ensure that all sold and reserved niches are recorded in the booking system
Skills & Experience:
- 2-4 years' experience in the sales of columbarium niches or funeral industry
