, you will contribute to the production of the marketing content of PeakTew.
Your missions:
- Collaborating with the marketing team and other departments to produce content for Peaktew's social media platforms and community forums.
- Creating and designing posts, reels, short videos, and other media based on ideas and directions provided.
- Participate in a feedback loop of marketing ideas and product promotion strategies.
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss progress made, problems encountered, and anything new happening with PeakTew.
This is an online job, meaning that you would be
working remotely
. You will be required to meet deadlines and produce qualitative work (reflecting the best you can deliver). Yet, we remain available to advise and help you anytime you need.
This job will also be unpaid
as PeakTew is a student-led project that isn't (yet) generating revenue.

Role Overview
We are looking for a multi-talented Creative & Media Producer to join our creative and marketing team full-time in Singapore. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is both visually creative and technically skilled, with a strong passion for producing engaging visual content that brings the Tin Box brand to life.
You will lead the end-to-end creation of marketing visuals, video content, motion graphics, and brand collaterals across digital and print channels. Your work will directly influence the visual identity of our venues, events, and campaigns, while also supporting the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design
- Conceptualise and design marketing and branding materials across digital and print (posters, menus, social media visuals, emailers, advertisements, etc.)
- Develop and produce 2D/3D motion graphics, animations, and animated video content for marketing campaigns, venue screens, and social media platforms
- Ensure design consistency across all platforms and touchpoints in line with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams on branding strategy, venue design and decor, and promotional campaigns
- Support design needs for internal events, seasonal promotions, and partnerships
Media Production
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content and photography for campaigns, social media, and in-house promotions
- Produce motion graphics and video animations for reels, stories, and digital screens
- Handle on-site videography/photography for events and artiste performances
- Manage and maintain visual assets, project timelines, and delivery schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, talent) to align media output with campaign objectives
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Visual Communication, Digital Media, Media Production, Design, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a media production and/or graphic design role
- Skilled in motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign
