- Draft, review and preparation of various types of contracts and agreements, including IT contracts on system / software / hardware acquisition, maintenance contracts, non-disclosure agreements, addendums, etc., including finalisation, formatting and triggering contract signing via Docusign.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 2-4 years' PQE, preferably with prior experience gained as a paralegal with an MNC or with a reputable commercial law firm.
- Good command of English with excellent grammar, vetting and writing skills is essential for this position.
- Possess an analytical mind, an eye for detail and basic knowledge of general contract law.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work with people at all levels.
- Able to provide sound advice on contract renewals and ensure compliance with internal corporate governance processes.
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Excel.
