ResponsibilitiesNetwork Strategy & Management
Defined Network Strategy in cooperation with Charter Network that enables long-term growth plans
Continuously review network assets and infrastructure (gateways, hubs and feeder services) to deliver optimal productivity and consistent quality of service to the internal and external customer

Carrier Selection and Contracting
Negotiate core subcontractor agreements, including global rate, capacity and service agreements and related incentives
Define contract standards in close alignment with legal department
Set KPI-framework to be applied in the countries for specific SLAs with carriers
Provide support (e.g. driven by negotiated carrier incentive agreements) to country product teams to support cargo steering according to contractual incentives
Regional Commercial Carrier and Subcontractor Management
Develop carrier evaluation methodology and guidelines with CHO for sustainable carrier relationship and performance management in alignment with Standards & Governance
Align with Compliance and QHSE to ensure all carriers and subcontractors policies are in line with all current rules and regulations
Monitor and control core, strategic, tactical carriers
Act as regional escalation point and resolve procurement issues with carriers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic carriers
Procurement Performance Management & Carrier Incentive Management
Ensure adherence of Procurement to agreed standards
General & Revenue Management
Keep abreast of industry changes, market situation and customer requirements; update all respective working colleagues within the geographies on the changes of market conditions

Determine Net Achieved Rates per season together with Global RCOM Team and Regional Airfreight Director (cost)
Participate in joint customer visits

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Logistics
