2. Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies to synchronize inventory between system and physical stock.
3. Prepare all Import and Export documents to compliance to the SFA requirement.
4. Manage all company import and export license.
5. Preparing shipping documents and follow up will necessary certificate.
6. Coordinate with warehouse incoming and outgoing shipment.
7. Ensure all goods are received according to the packing list and conduct quality checks.
8. Liaise with stakeholder to determine supply requirement and generate forecast for all products.
9. Handle all the In/Out custom clearance matters.

What you will be working on:

• Liaise with Supplier, Engineering and related teams on project requirements
• Act as main liaison contact point with suppliers and users
• Prepare recommendation slides in power point for management decision

• Support day-to-day operations and ad-hoc request for parts and service support from operations and repair team
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly report for review, monitor
• Data preparation, formulating, executing workable strategies on new projects to meet company objective (Quality, price reduction, lead time etc)
• Work on sourcing replacements from different sources for obsoleted parts
• Yearly review and revision of OI and SOP to ensure documents are up-to date
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned occasionally to support overall department/company's initiative
