UAT Test Manager

This is a key leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that software applications meet business requirements.

• Develop and manage the overall UAT strategy, scope, and approach. Collaborate with stakeholders to define UAT entry and exit criteria.
• Liaise with business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment on UAT objectives. Facilitate kick-off meetings, daily stand-ups, and defect triage sessions.

Job Summary:

The Process Improvement Engineer will be responsible for assisting engineers in the development, sustainment, and enhancement of process capability indices to meet operational goals.

• Assist engineers to develop, sustain, and improve process capability indices to meet operational goals.
