The Opportunity
The Senior Specialist – Robotic Process Automation (RPA) will be part of the Finance Data and Automation team. The successful candidate will work on delivering key automation initiatives for various Finance stakeholders with the possibility of contributing to AI projects as well. This would require working closely with Finance users and SMEs to understand and design high quality automations and own the initiatives end-to-end. A successful candidate would be a trusted partner for the business who understands the business process and provides automation solutions by re-engineering processes.
This position is based in Bangkok – relocation support provided for expat candidates.
What you’ll do
Work closely with stakeholders from different verticals in Finance.
Consult stakeholders to propose the best suited automation solution.
Build/manage/optimize end-to-end automations while ensuring security and compliance aspects.
Become familiar with the finance ecosystem at Agoda.
Work with Gen AI technology to deliver efficiency-saving automation projects.
What you’ll need to succeed (MUST Have)
Undergraduate/Post graduate or equivalent technical degree.
8+ years of experience with RPA tools, with at least 5 in combined Blue Prism & Power Platform.
End-to-end delivery of at least 10 projects using Power Platform and Blue Prism individually.
High sense of ownership and growth mindset, ability to be self-directed.
Establish robust RPA governance framework, bug/change request prioritization and strong control over scheduling of bots ensuring high Bot utilization factor.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence peers and build strong relationships within Finance and cross-functionally.
Nice to have
Accounting/Financial knowledge
Strong understanding of ITGC controls, SOX Compliance
Process mining exp (Celonis), OCR exp (Rossum), Alteryx knowledge
Experience in full stack development – UI/UX / API dev / backend / Postgres DB
Technical/functional knowledge in procure to pay (P2P), Order to cash (O2C) & Record to Report (R2R) cycle

The team collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to roll out new features, gather user feedback, and apply cutting-edge AI technologies to improve operations and improve outcomes.
Get to Know the Role
This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.
Assist the Regional Operations Business Process Improvement & Digital Transformation teams in product design and programme management for Grab Operation's suite of AI enabled automation tools, learn on the job principles of product design, product delivery from early experimental stage to production roll out and scaling.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will help with product development and design for the team's AI-enabled automation platforms and tools
You will help with program management of feature rollout and change management of stakeholders implicated in digital transformation initiatives & AI roll outs
You will participate in user testing, surveys and gathering feedback related to the system features and development direction
You will apply project management and change management skills in a multi-country, interdepartmental setting
You will apply the product feature development lifecycle in an AGILE-like setup.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
Graduates in the field of in Engineering or Business disciplines
Preferably with project management or business process improvement, including process mapping, operating model design, transition planning
Advanced in Excel / Google Sheets; analytical reporting and data-driven decision-making
Good understanding of the programming logic and able to communicate with developers
Understanding of Six Sigma, LEAN, Agile, PMP practices
Exposure to working and building AI tools
