Our client is a global leader in the manufacture, installation and project management of industrial equipment. As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking a FP&A Manager to oversee their SEA business.
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the project accounting function for the SEA region. This will include business partnering with the Project and Operations Managers and driving project revenue forecasting, budgeting, cost estimation and billing activities. You will also be involved in the review of project margins, production, material and inventory costs to ensure project profitability and margins are met. You will ensure accurate implementation of revenue recognition methodologies, timely management reporting and analysis of projects in SEA.
This is a highly visible within the organization and you will have the opportunity to support the senior management team in financial evaluations and identifying risk and opportunities.
Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will possess a relevant degree in accountancy, business or economics with the following relevant experience
- At least 10 years of experience in FP&A and business partnering
- Prior experience in the industrial equipment, automation, engineering, construction or software solutions industry will be highly preferred.
- Ability to travel about 5 to 10% of the time across the region will be essential
- Strong communication and presentation skills will be key as this role will be working with Head of Departments across Sales, Commercial, Operations and Engineering
