As a Senior Governance Specialist, you will establish comprehensive frameworks and processes to identify, assess, and manage conflict of interest matters across the institution. This includes providing expert guidance on disclosures, regulations, and policies while ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
The role involves building strong relationships with clinicians, researchers, and industry partners to promote awareness and understanding of conflict-of-interest matters, facilitating compliant research and innovation activities.
- Develop conflict of interest management frameworks and processes
- Provide expert guidance on disclosures, regulations, and policies
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to promote awareness and understanding of conflict-of-interest matters
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor of Laws or Bachelor of Science in a relevant scientific/engineering field
- At least 10 years of experience in research grant administration and contract/project management
- Knowledge and understanding of contract and corporate law principles
- Excellent interpersonal communication, organisational, and administrative skills
Leadership, technology development, healthcare, contract management, administration, development, and commercialisation are key areas of expertise required for this role.
