As a technical support engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions to customers, strengthening relationships with them, and guiding the team in technical matters and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide pre- and post-sales support to sales personnel, including solution optimization, proposal creation, and attending technical clarification meetings and/or presentations with customers.
- Perform troubleshooting at site, simple commissioning activities, etc., to help resolve customer issues.
- Develop automation application-related knowledge, execution with demo setups, and assist in customer conversions by demonstrating domain knowledge and commercial sensitivity.
- Review and analyze product configurations and components, perform engineering calculations (if required), including drafting.
- Coordinate with principal vendors on training, product updates, and support, etc.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in electrical/electronics/mechanical/automation/control engineering or related discipline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCad & 3D drawing.
- Familiarity with Siemens SIMATIC S7 PLC series and Phoenix Contact solutions, automation application experience preferred.
- Able to work independently with drive and initiative.
- Good team player with ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Problem-solving, strong analytical skills.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to provide solution demonstration and presentation to customer.

The role of the Design Engineer is a challenging opportunity to contribute to the success of our company.
The successful candidate will assist the Technical Manager in designing, preparing and securing required legal documents for various drawings, including shop drawings, structural drawings and M&E drawings.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and performing design for precast components according to client demands;
- Designing and preparing shop drawings and securing necessary permits from the government;
- Reviewing completed structural drawings, designs and specifications before issuance for production;
- Identifying discrepancies between architectural, structural and M&E drawings and highlighting them;
- Coordinating with relevant parties on technical issues;
- Planning and carrying out production or service under controlled conditions, ensuring product characteristics, work instructions and suitable equipment are used;
- Ensuring customer requirements are determined and met, enhancing customer satisfaction;
- Communicating the importance of meeting customer, statutory and regulatory requirements to the organization;
- Establishing the quality policy and objectives;
- Providing technical support for company operations;
- Training, briefing and supervising work to ensure adherence to instructions and process plans;
- Ensuring the integrity and planning of the Quality Management System (QMS);
- Defining and communicating responsibility and authority within the team;
- Addressing customer satisfaction through effective system application, including processes for continual improvement and non-conformity prevention;
- Conducting management reviews and ensuring resource availability;
- Determining, collecting and analyzing data for informed management decisions;
- Performing other duties assigned by the Management and designated manager.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the precast concrete industry;
- Experience in creating 3D models of building elements;
- Excellent problem definition, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent customer relation skills;
- Able to work independently;
- A team player with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
