Overview
What the role is:
You will be part of the team that oversees the management of acute hospital bed capacity in the Singapore public healthcare sector. Your role will involve reviewing policies related to the effective and timely discharge of patients from the acute hospitals to the community, including policies related to the Transitional Care Facilities (TCFs). You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
What you will be working on
To review, develop and implement policies related to TCFs, including administering the funding for TCFs.
To review the processes that impact the flow of patients from the acute hospitals to their final discharge destinations and to develop strategies and plans to facilitate patient flows.
To assist in the monitoring and review of acute hospital bed capacity.
What we are looking for
Relevant qualifications in healthcare or related field with minimum three years working experience, preferably in healthcare-related roles
Prior experience in health care administration/management would be an advantage
Positive, self-motivated and high standard of integrity
Project management skills would be an advantage
