  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Manage patient records, maintain accurate data, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and billing transactions, guaranteeing timely payment and resolution of any discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper inventory management, maintaining adequate stock levels and monitoring consumable items.
  • Support overall clinic operations, including opening, closing, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to basic hygiene standards.

This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will possess experience in a similar role, preferably within a medical setting, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing outstanding patient service.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinating front desk activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient flow.
  2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographics, medical history, and treatment plans.
  3. Preparing and distributing necessary documents, such as appointment cards, medication lists, and test results.
  4. Managing phone inquiries, responding to patient concerns, and escalating complex issues to healthcare professionals as needed.
  5. Assisting with special projects, events, or initiatives as directed by the management team.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and/or relevant post-secondary education in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a medical or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
