Job Description
Job Purpose:
The role is responsible for growing the new to bank customers and AUM for FAB Singapore Private Banking. Key market focus will include, but not limited to, South East Asia and network customers. In addition to growing the business, the RM will have day to day responsibilities that include customer relationship management, handling servicing and trade requirements, increasing AUM investments through FAB offered products and services and achieve financial and non-financial business objectives. Help to establish FAB as a strong regional player in the Asia region.
Key Accountabilities
Source new clients and service existing relationships (HNW, Family Offices)
Increase penetration of Investment products and services, loans and deposits
Contribute to increase in overall AUM of PB business.
Generate fee and interest income.
Ensure compliance to KYC/AML policies (as prescribed)
Ensure completion of periodic KYC reviews and new to bank KYC reviews
Ensure adherence to bank’s policies for client management and sales of PB products.
Ensure overall compliance to regulations and qualification criteria from MAS
Strong awareness on Singapore booking centre regulations and processes.
Key Skills
Display high level of integrity to customers and the Bank
Familiar with the banking and financial regulatory framework in Singapore (SE Asia countries will be an advantage)
Proven experience with Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore markets and HNW, Family Office customers will be an advantage
Fluent in English and Mandarin / Bahasa
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
