About you

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
Possess a high level of resilience and positive work attitude

This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional stakeholder management to identify and proactively address key data protection risks while effectively supporting the evolving business needs of our company.
What you will doLead enterprise insider threat and DLP programs aligned with risk tolerance and compliance
Define vision, roadmap, policies, and procedures for insider risk and DLP
Threat modelling to identify high-risk roles, assets, and workflows
Oversee deployment and tuning of technologies to detect and respond to data exfiltration or policy violations
Coordinate insider threat investigations with Legal, HR, Compliance, and IT/Security
Drive implementation and enforcement of data classification, access, and usage policies across systems
Act as liaison among security, HR, legal, IT, and business teams to strengthen risk mitigation
Report to senior leadership on threat trends, metrics, and program effectiveness with continuous improvement focus.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, or related field
- Around 5 years' experience leading data protection programs for multi-national companies, ideally in the medical device, health care or other regulated industry
- Demonstrated technical experience implementing and operating DLP and insider technologies, including tuning of behavioral analytics
- Knowledge of privacy laws and cross-border data handling especially under GDPR, and preference for familiarity with other key regulatory and security frameworks (e.g. HIPAA, ISO 27001 etc).
