Key Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite support for data centre operations and essential facilities.
- Continuously monitor Building Management System (BMS) to ensure all data centre infrastructure, including systems such as PA, fire safety, plumbing, UPS, power, temperature, humidity, and water sensors, are functioning correctly.
- Serve as the initial escalation point for all onsite operational incidents.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems as needed.
- Plan and facilitate all maintenance activities, both preventive and reactive, to minimize service disruptions in the data centre.
- Handle user requests, incidents, changes, issues, and provisioning using the web-based ticketing system.
- Ensure the effective execution of data centre safety, security, and customer service policies and procedures.
