Your exceptional execution, organizational skills, sound judgment, and ethical values are essential for this role.Your responsibilities will include:- Collaborating with investment professionals to format, design, and visually enhance marketing materials and presentations in alignment with firm branding standards.- Providing support for various content creation initiatives, such as logos, employee photos, and special design projects.- Assisting the Senior Website Designer in improving website imagery, design, and content edits for all Ares websites.- Supporting the Creative Solutions Lead Coordinator in managing work requests and workflow coordination.- Potentially contributing to other content and graphics-intensive projects like podcasts, animation, and videos.Experience in the following tools is required:- Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)- PowerPoint and MS Word template design best practices- Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), with preference for experience in After Effects, Premiere, Audition, and Adobe XD- Acrobat Pro- HTML or coding experience is a plusQualifications:- A college degree in Graphics Design or a related field is preferred.- Minimum of 3-4 years of work experience, preferably within the Financial Services industry.General Requirements:- Consistently meeting deadlines and keeping partners informed to ensure an engaging client experience.- Ability to multitask, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and exercise good judgment.- A solutions-oriented mindset, flexibility in working hours, and a passion for process efficiency.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.- Highly resourceful, collaborative, and adept at time management with a focus on meeting high-stakes deadlines.This role does not have a set deadline for applications.
