- Manage the operation of multi-dose medication supply services
- Set up of medication management system at new ILTC facilities
- Accountable for the accurate and timely dispensing of medicine to the right patient
- Provide pharmaceutical care services to Intermediate, Long-term care (ILTC) facilities & day centers
- Provide quality customer service
- Keep abreast of changing medical treatments by attending continuing education talks and seminars
- Achieve mandatory Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points and target training hours per year
