You will oversee the comprehensive transformation process, guide curriculum development and implementation, ensure seamless operations and administration, and rigorously maintain ECDA compliance across all assigned preschools. Your pivotal role also includes championing an innovative curriculum that prioritizes outdoor and child-centered learning throughout the cluster. As a strategic leader, you will build and nurture high-level relationships with parents, key stakeholders, and individual centre principals, fostering a unified vision and consistent high standards.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching music and movement at enrichment centers or preschools preferred
- ABRSM Grade 3 to 5 in Music Theory and/or Practical preferred
