As a Presales consultant the incumbent will help to assist in solution and bid reviews to ensure completeness and cost effectiveness. He is also expected to function as a Cyber Security Evangelist and have a good understanding the security landscape, architectural models and solutions credibly, and possess the ability to discuss and present to C-level stakeholders and technical members.
What will you do?
- Manage and maintain a professional business relationship with our clients through regular communication, on-site meetings and executive briefings.
- Help clients understand how they can integrate NCS Cyber Security capabilities into their security needs
- Lead and innovate the cybersecurity solution within the client's environment
- Influence the cyber security posture through direct contribution and consultation with in flight projects
- Provide proactive cyber security technical guidance and expertise to clients to drive cyber security operations excellence
- Be responsible for the design of complex security solutions that integrate from (Application, Network, Cloud) ICT (Information Communication Technology) and OT (Operation Technology) components into an effective and efficient cyber security design
- Provide cyber security leadership and expertise to ensure the ongoing Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of systems and information
- Remain abreast of emerging technologies, industry developments and cyber security
- Support the delivery of security architecture services demonstrating specialization in cyber security
- Lead in initial solution design, project plan & costing.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field; relevant certifications
- 5 years experience working in Network/Security roles
- Comfortable working in a project based / client serving model
- Help drive pursuits and engage in complex deals, matching outcomes to expectations
- Ability to work with diverse and dynamic teams
- Ability to work in a matrix organization

Wise Platform helps banks, software companies and large enterprises leverage Wise’s infrastructure to offer their customers world class payments products through their own channels. We’ve launched partnerships globally, with the likes of Google Pay, Aspire, Xero and Mandiri, and today have 70+ global banks and platforms connected and powered by Wise Platform. We’re looking for a presales consultant with a proven track record of experience working with/selling to Banks and Financial Institutions in APAC, who is comfortable in both business and technical contexts, interacting with executives and talking in detail with technical audiences, to take Wise Platform integrated partnerships to the next level with the most senior banks in the region.
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Presales Consultant, who is passionate about the Wise mission, to join our team in Singapore. You’ll be a part of Wise Platform, helping deliver world class payment service solutions to our partners and their customers, powered by the Wise infrastructure.
In this role - you will apply your expertise and product knowledge to design intelligent and scalable payment solutions for our prospective partners. This will require you to work cross-functionally (with Sales, Product, Delivery, Engineering to name a few) to build strategies to successfully navigate complex sales cycles, deliver product demos, lead compelling solution presentations, and ultimately close deals to help meet our regional GTM strategy. You should be equally comfortable in both a business and technical context, winning trust from both executive and engineering stakeholders.
Your Mission
- You will present our products and vision to executives & technical teams at banks and strategic enterprise partners. Become their trusted advisor.
- You will act as an expert on Wise Platform products and the payments industry to tailor solutions for partners, finding a match between our technology and their requirements.
- You will be accountable to drive revenue alongside the business development team, being a key stakeholder in the sales
- You will provide technical assistance, work hands-on with prospects and partners to communicate the value of Wise Platform throughout the sales cycle from solution qualification and design, to demo and proof of concepts.
- You will ensure the viability of solutions by testing and documenting an end to end solution.
- You will collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, Enablement and Marketing teams to act as “voice of customers” to drive roadmaps and feature prioritisation, continuously improve Wise Platform’s products and positioning in the market
Qualifications
- You have 7-8 years of industry experience with a minimum of 3 within a presales or sales engineering role engaged in enterprise technology sales (preferably in banks)
- Proven track record achieving commercial targets by leveraging consultative and solution-based sales skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.
- Established history of effective collaboration within or alongside financial institutions, demonstrating a strong grasp of their challenges and needs and strong solutioning skills, finding ways to leverage our products to solve customer problems.
- You have proven ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships with cross functional teams, including experience communicating customer requirements to internal Product teams.
- Experience with REST APIs, SWIFT, local payment networks, especially in the context of technical sales and solution design.
- You have a university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience preferred
