Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

This includes engaging with clients to understand their needs, preparing proposals, technical documentation, and solution designs, and supporting the sales cycle from lead qualification through to deal closure. The role also involves building strong relationships with customers, consultants, and partners, coordinating with internal teams for solution validation and delivery, and managing vendor communications to ensure competitive and technically sound proposals. Additionally, the candidate is expected to stay informed of industry trends and contribute insights to enhance product offerings and business development efforts.
Additional Responsibilities & Tasks:
Will support project handovers by ensuring all technical documentation and solution details are clearly communicated to the delivery teams. Act as a liaison between internal teams and partners during the pre-sales and early implementation phases
Participate in technical discussions, helping to ensure integration feasibility and support deployment planning
Monitor and support smooth production launches and system integrations
Contribute to improving client engagement, digital experience, and marketing capabilities through the right product fit

This hybrid role bridges the gap between our product and commercial teams, supporting sales efforts with deep product knowledge, technical expertise, and customer-centric solutions. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
Experiences in the Insurance industry and insurance technology, API integration, or enterprise software
5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, product specialist, or technical consulting role, preferably in SaaS, Insurtech, or B2B technology
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand complex technical products and explain them in simple terms
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
