As our Senior PR & Marketing Manager , you’ll bring TanTan’s brand to life through creative campaigns, community stories, and media moments that make people fall in love (with the app — and maybe through it!).
This role blends hands-on execution with regional coordination — perfect for someone who’s strategic and scrappy, with a pulse on culture and a knack for turning insights into impact.
What You’ll Do Brand & Campaigns- Execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, influencer, and offline channels.
- Localize global brand initiatives for markets like SG, MY, TW, HK, TH, and ID.
- Ensure TanTan’s voice and visuals stay consistent, authentic, and culturally relevant.
- Partner with product and growth teams to align campaigns with user acquisition and retention goals.
- Build TanTan’s narrative in international markets through earned media and thought leadership.
- Manage press releases, media kits, and interview prep with the Regional Head and spokespersons.
- Support crisis communication and brand reputation management with HQ and agency partners.
- Work with influencer and creator agencies to drive organic reach and engagement.
- Identify local co-marketing opportunities with lifestyle, entertainment, or tech brands.
- Support offline activations — from TanTan Tribe events to creative pop-ups and collabs.
- Track and report marketing KPIs (brand sentiment, media reach, engagement metrics).
- Collaborate closely with regional teams for campaign alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend across initiatives.
- 6–9 years of experience in PR, marketing, or brand management — ideally in tech, lifestyle, or consumer apps.
- Strong campaign execution skills with creative flair and data-driven thinking.
- Experience managing agencies and creators across multiple markets.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills — English required; Mandarin a plus.
- Culturally fluent, collaborative, and energized by fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- TanTan earns positive media coverage and organic buzz across key markets.
- Consistent growth in user engagement driven by creative campaigns.
