GBI, GreenRE, LEED, Green Mark, ILFI etc.
Mechanical experience
including dynamic simulation –
IES, CFD
Experience in HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning) and chiller audits.
Project management for local and overseas projects (e.g. design, computation, M&E, facilitation & advisory, etc.)
Prepare reports and presentations for project submissions.
Conduct all necessary calculations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, etc.
Other adhoc related tasks

Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in
Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in related field
Willing to travel
Can work independently as well as in small teams
Able to meet tight deadlines and multi-task
Good communication skills, both verbal and writing skills, with attention to detail
Good report writing skills
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.
Proficient Microsoft Office and other IT software.

Design Engineer (Traction Power Systems)
to work on electrification projects and high‐voltage traction power solutions for rail and road‐bound transport.
Responsibilities
Engineer and design electrification projects, ensuring timely delivery of design documents.
Lead the design and execution of electrical packages for traction power systems (MV switchgear, DC switchgear, trackside equipment, power converters, transformers, and auxiliary systems).
Coordinate with clients, external consultants and vendors during clarification meetings and review processes.
Support the Design Manager with ad‐hoc design activities and the preparation of FATs, training, O&M manuals, and as‐built drawings.
Work closely with Siemens AG teams and project stakeholders to verify design, draft, and site interfaces, ensuring final deliverables meet customer requirements.
Interface with project, T&C, and other team members to close as‐built documentation.
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Railway Systems, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrification projects, preferably in MRT or similar high‐volume rail projects.
Strong background in AC and DC electrification systems, including control and protection.
Experience managing medium‐to‐high‐complexity solution projects.
Knowledge of local transportation operators and legal requirements.
Adaptable to diverse working environments and customer terms.
Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the electrification projects for MRT projects.
Good experience in AC and DC Electrification systems including Control and Protections.
Good experience in handling medium-to-high complexity of solution projects.
Well verse of Local transportation operators and legal requirement.
Adaptable to different working environments and customer working terms and conditions.

Key Responsibilities
Work with EETC team members and companies on energy assessment projects in industrial systems.
Assist and/or co-develop training in energy efficiency in industrial systems for adult learners and students.
Mentor students in energy assessment projects to enhance their technical problem-solving skills. The learning activities may include classroom training, laboratory classes, and projects. Development of learning activities/materials and assessment of students may form part of the responsibilities.
Support research and industrial project work undertaken by the university, where opportunity arises.
Carry out Risk Assessment, and ensure compliance with Work, Safety, and Health Regulations.
Work independently, as well as within a team, to ensure smooth execution of the energy audits.
For those hired at senior levels, management responsibilities may be included.
Manage and administer training programmes at the Centre.
Job Requirements
Have hands-on experience in energy assessments and energy efficiency projects in some of the following areas:
Industrial systems such as: Chilled Water System, Cooling and Refrigeration System, Mechanical Ventilation System, Heating system, Process Separation, Process Heat Integration, Process Compressor System, Steam and Condensate System, Compressed Air System, Motor Driven System, Power Distribution System and Electric Motors, Lighting System, Renewable Energy System, Process Specific system, etc.
Have a Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Have at least 5 years of project work experience in energy efficiency. Certified Energy Efficiency Opportunity Assessor or Singapore Certified Energy Manager will be advantageous.
Licensed LEW (Technician grade or higher) will be advantageous for one of the positions.
