- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Execute project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

They will provide feasible solutions, coordinate with owners, users, consultants, vendors, and contractors on engineering functional requirements, and ensure objectives are achieved.
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to site surveys/meetings/discussions with client/contractors/sub-contractors on related matters together with the lead engineer when required.
- Preparing reports and method statements whenever necessary, performing all electrical works in adherence to EMA regulations and guidelines under the supervision of the lead engineer.
- Assist the principal engineer/lead engineer to carry out regular site inspections on LT and HT installations to ensure that all maintenance programs are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines.
- Stand by and partner with the lead engineer in attending to emergency call-up services at customer installations. Investigate and determine the root cause of faults and report where applicable.
- Interpret basic schematics and SLD diagrams. Required to take on a specialist equipment role, may be sent to receive specialized training and subsequently provide training to internal staff.
- Plan and execute corrective or preventive maintenance program. Participate in and support Annual Shutdown exercises as and when required. Ensure proper housekeeping of spare parts, equipment, and tools.
- Assist the lead engineer in test and commissioning of electrical systems. Provide excellent service to meet client expectations. Ensure all works carried out safely and/or in accordance with safety procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Data analysis skill to perform in-depth analysis of the testing data collected from the field and summarise the findings of collected data.
- Good team player to work closely with the engineering team to understand the operation of various electrical equipment and systems.
- Will to learn how to use various condition monitoring software, sensors, testing instruments.
- Participate in-house training sessions or workshops to enhance the skills in data analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and knowledge.
- Able to understand high voltage electrical networks.
- Microsoft office in expert mode to prepare test reports and presentation materials.
