What you will do:
Video Producer, YouTube
Content Development
Oversee the direction and strategy of video content on TSL’s YouTube and Facebook channels.
Lead the ideation process and take ownership of videography and editing when needed.
Ensure that all content uploaded meets the highest standards of quality and adheres to TSL’s guidelines.
Workflow & Resource Management
Troubleshoot issues with local and regional teams to ensure smooth execution of video projects.
Create and manage production budgets for both organic and client video content, tailoring budgets for different types of video executions.
Collaborate with clients professionally to execute video campaigns.
Manage resource allocation effectively, working with freelancers and other external partners when required.
Producer/Production Lead, Custom Productions
As a
Producer/Production Lead for Custom Productions , you’ll lead the end-to-end production of custom content for various clients, ensuring flawless execution from concept to post-production. Production Execution

Familiarity with social media video formats and best practices for platforms like YouTube and Facebook.

Operational Support
