Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis to determine business requirements, analyzing business processes, and evaluating business systems. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for communication with various stakeholders to gather information, create detailed reports, and make informed suggestions to improve business operations. About the Role

We're seeking a Business Analyst to drive product outcomes for two mission-critical platforms:

1. a secure large file transfer product used with external stakeholders, and
2. our Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities.

You'll partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate ideas into user stories, shape user journeys, validate solutions, and measure impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Product & Policy Fit: Advise on the viability, feasibility, and impact of policy/business changes on product scope and roadmap.
• Requirements & Story Writing: Elicit, analyse, and document business and information needs as clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• User Journeys & Prototypes: Translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and visual mock-ups to align teams and de-risk delivery.
• Delivery Quality: Partner with Product Teams to triage issues, ensure defects are resolved to spec, and manage change requests.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent in Agile projects.
• Hands-on experience in product management, IT business analysis, application solution design, and testing.
• Preferably Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently under pressure and prioritise to meet deadlines.
• Change management exposure to drive user adoption is an advantage.
