This role is responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality responses to business opportunities in a fast-paced environment. The focus is on Portfolio Services, working with subject matter experts and leaders from each team.
The successful candidate will manage the development of compliant, competitive, and compelling proposals through effective collaboration across teams. They will apply experience and best practices in proposal team management to ensure timely delivery of proposal submissions that meet solicitation instructions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Portfolio Services Solutions proposals through cross-functional collaboration.
- Apply proposal team management best practices to ensure timely and compliant submission of proposals.
- Lead and analyze RFI, RFQ, RFPs, and other bid documents for requirements.
- Develop proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and proposal development plans.
- Establish and maintain collaboration sites for each proposal.
- Work with the pursuit team to determine author assignments and integrate win strategy, themes, and discriminators into proposals.
- Provide insight and guidance to authors on all proposal content.
- Perform quality assurance checks on draft and final documents.
- Prepare and lead efficient Proposal Kickoff meetings and daily status calls.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's Degree with at least five to eight years of experience in Solution Development, Bid Management, and/or Real Estate industry.
- A background in Portfolio Services lines is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) and influence at a senior level are required.
- Proven track record of proposal management in regional and/or global pursuits is desired.
- Fluency with Microsoft Office and Teams amongst other software platforms is beneficial.

Job Summary
We are looking for a driven and analytical individual to join our Commercial Strategy & Portfolio Management team. The successful candidate will support the optimization of our integrated energy portfolio, covering retail, solar, gas, and power assets. You will play a pivotal role in contract structuring, commercial analysis, pricing strategy, and cross-functional coordination to ensure sustainable growth and profitability across both long-term and short-term power/gas contracting.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Strategy & Analysis
Support integrated portfolio management of gas and power across cogen, solar, and retail assets.
Track and improve hedge positions, risk exposures, and financial contribution of contracts.
Conduct in-depth analysis on pricing, demand-supply alignment, and market movements.
Contracting & Deal Structuring
Assist in structuring and evaluating Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), gas supply contracts, and REC deals.
Provide commercial advisory to internal teams on key terms and negotiation strategy.
Model financial impact of various deal scenarios and sensitivities.
Commodities Market Intelligence
Monitor global energy and commodity markets to identify macroeconomic and geopolitical trends impacting portfolio value.
Use technical indicators (e.g. RSI, Bollinger Bands, moving averages) and market patterns to support buy/sell decisions and contract timing.
Summarize and present actionable insights from price charts, trading platforms, and energy news to internal stakeholders.
Commercial Governance & Digitalisation
Support development of commercial playbooks.
Coordinate across retail, solar, and wholesale teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Contribute to the digitalisation of commercial workflows and ETRM enhancements.
Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights
Monitor electricity, gas, and REC market trends and competitor pricing.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations for portfolio and pricing strategy.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with Legal, Risk, Retail, and Solar teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives.
Support presentations and reports for senior management and external partners.
What You Will Learn

EV-Electric (EVe) Charging Pte Ltd is Singapore's leading EV charging solutions provider, a wholly owned subsidiary of Land Transport Authority (LTA), tasked with managing Electrical Vehicle (EV) charger deployment for carparks across the island and supporting electrical infrastructure upgrades.
You will review and develop short-term and long-term plans for EV charging ecosystem as well as electrical infrastructure upgrades. The projects may include but are not limited to:
· Conduct planning studies and develop strategic roadmap to drive and optimise deployment of electric vehicle charging systems and electrical infrastructure upgrades, including strategies for future scaling up scope, schedule and analyse impact on relevant stakeholders
· Monitor and research technology innovations and disruptors which may improve efficacy, or cause infrastructure obsolescence, and develop technological roadmap to guide EVe's future strategies
· Identify gaps in customer service journey, develop plans to improve lot optimisation, customer experience touchpoints and interoperability of charging network
The job scope includes the following:
· Conceptualise strategic planning initiatives (such as the projects above) with implementable timelines and follow-ups
· Develop and track workplans and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
· Research and monitor EV Charging technology and trends, assess applications and scalability, develop frameworks to trial new technologies
· Work with Business Development team in implementation and operationalisation of the initiatives

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in any field
