Job Description
You will be supporting the Portfolio Management team at CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited and report to Vice President, Portfolio Management, Singapore.
Responsibilities
Support the Head of Department in the analysis of the performance of the Singapore portfolio, and in the consolidation of performance of the overall portfolio including overseas
Prepare management reports and board papers
Carry out annual valuation of properties for the Singapore portfolio and consolidation of the REIT’s portfolio including overseas portfolio
Support initiatives in system enhancement and automation of analytical functions
Requirements
Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related discipline.
Possess strong analytical and financial skills

This position reports directly to the Business Unit CFO of Heterogeneous Integration (Advanced Packaging). **Key Responsibilities**
This is a dynamic role that will enable the candidate to lead the BUs financial investment portfolio analysis and resource management in partnership with the business. The position requires an individual who is eager to work with both BU executives and cross functionally partner with Product Marketing, Program management, Product Engineering, and Operations to provide valued Finance Insight on the following:
- Present to Executive Leadership Team (ELT) of the BU and Segment the annual Portfolio resource plan (HC , Operating Spend (Opex), Capital Expense (Capex)) and articulate alignment to program priority or execution risk/acceleration.
- Support project funding prioritization decision making as it relates to defining scope, timeline, valuation, gaining approval, and execution, including scenario analyses.
- Key stakeholder of Product portfolio's review of milestone status for continued funding. Must drive corrective actions to improve programs commit executions.
- Interface with senior management to prioritize Opex, improve processes, and allocate resources across programs, supporting key portfolio reviews (EPR, IRB).
- Partner cross-functionally to drive and maintain the quarterly update of each program business case NPV models (Forecasting: Revenue, COS, Opex, Cashflow). Independently present business case financials to Senior management
- Interface with Portfolio owner to prioritizing projects, measure productivity, and optimize resources. Including capital spending plan and tracking.
- Partner within Finance and BU to drive and enhance efficiency of data tools eg. Anaplan, SAP BPC, Tableau, and Project Resource Management (PRM), to streamline R&D spend reporting and analysis.
- Partner with ACE near shore finance organization to ensure portfolio requirements are captured appropriately for finance budgets and plans.
- Ensure data accuracy and partner with management team to develop and tell the story of the business unit using that information (forecasting/budgeting, financial close, balance sheet integrity).
- Interface with Operations and ACE to manage quarterly Opex and Capex to target while prioritizing project priorities.
- Develop and own total Opex, Portfolio and Capex budget planning process by engaging with business partners and senior management during financial cycles (quarterly close, QBR, AOP, SR), ensuring task accuracy and data integrity.
**Qualifications & Preferences**
- Executive level communications but also aptitude to drive detailed process and data analytics to support engineering program management.
- Very strong Excel skills, including modeling
- Strong systems capabilities, preferably with Anaplan, SAP BPC, tableau and PRM
- Analytical and problem-solving skills

OVERVIEW
We are looking to hire a Fixed Income Portfolio Analyst. Based in Singapore, the ideal candidate will work with the Global Bond Team to provide support for their portfolio management activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities:
Interacting closely with Portfolio Managers and Traders to ensure timely and accurate execution of investment strategies across client portfolios;
Rebalancing portfolios in response to investment strategies, cash flows, benchmark changes, market price movements and changes in client guidelines;
Monitoring positions and verifying that transactions are consistent with client guidelines;

The successful candidate for this position is likely to:
A minimum of 1-5 years of relevant professional experience;
Previous asset management industry experience is preferred, although candidates from other backgrounds will also be considered;
Demonstrated strong understanding of, and interest in, fixed income capital markets and investing;
Advanced analytical skills, a quantitative orientation, and a detail oriented mindset;
Proficient programming skills in Python is preferred
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks;
Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with investment and other business professionals around the firm;
Ability to think creatively and initiate projects that lead to improved implementation of strategies and trades; and
Strong academic credentials. An undergraduate degree is required;
A post-graduate degree or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFA), or progress towards one, would be viewed favorably;
Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Our client, a leading buy side firm, is hiring for a Portfolio Analyst/Trading Assistant who will be supporting Portfolio Managers (PMs) in rebalancing portfolios across asset classes. Responsibilities include assisting in account transitions and cash flow management, as well as conducting performance and attribution analysis.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in an asset manager or hedge fund
- Strong knowledge of Fixed Income, Equities, and FX workflow, with exposure to cash and derivative instruments
- Advanced Excel skills (Macros/VBA) is a must. Work experience in coding (Python) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Portfolio Risks and Macro Investment Models
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with global stakeholders
