No prior experience is required-full training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair swimming pool equipment:
- Robotic cleaners, pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems
- Perform calibration and basic configuration of chemical analyser systems
- Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment usage and maintenance
- Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and parts used
- Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness at work sites
- Collaborate with team members to deliver quality service
- Minimum Education: Diploma and above
- Experience: Not required - we provide full hands-on training
- Mechanical or electrical knowledge is an advantage

Work Location: Tessensohn Clubhouse
To provide frontline customer service and administrative support at the swimming pool counter. The role is to ensure a smooth, safe and pleasant experience for members and guests using the pool facilities in the Club.
What you'll be doing:
- Greet members and guests courteously at the pool counter
- Verify membership or guest eligibility before granting access to pool facilities
- Assist members when encountering turnstile issues
- Maintain accurate daily records of pool usage, guest logbooks, locker and towel issuance
- Issuance of towels, locker keys, and other pool-related amenities as required
- Provide information on pool schedules, rules, swim classes, and Club activities
- Monitor adherence to pool rules and inform lifeguards or supervisors of any issues
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the counter, changing rooms and pool areas
- Handle feedback, enquiries and minor complaints professionally, reporting to supervisor where necessary
- Support lifeguards, facilities assistants during emergencies
- Perform basic cashiering duties, including guest charges, towel charges
- Perform routine inventory check for towels, equipment, first aid items and changing rooms supplies
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
