Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Alternate Saturdays: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage full-spectrum operations for multimodal freight services, including quoting, rate negotiation, cargo booking, shipment execution, and billing.
Coordinate export, import, and cross trade shipments with co-loaders, ensuring timely updates and smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with SOPs and IATA regulations for handling dangerous goods and live animals.
Oversee air/sea freight pickups and deliveries, maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.
Safeguard company property, goods, and customer data; ensure security of office and warehouse premises.
Respond promptly to calls and emails, and provide proactive support for all shipments.
Collaborate with Sales to identify and support new business opportunities.
Participate in standby duty rotation for after-hours emergencies.
Perform other duties as required for the role.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding
At least 2 years of sea freight experience
Class 3 driving license (required)
