As Platform Support Engineer, you will have to operate and oversee LANDI Global platforms and key management operations. Your main responsibilities will be to:
Product & Platform Operations:
Support and optimize the operational needs of the platform, ensuring all product-related services function smoothly and efficiently.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, working with technical teams to ensure rapid resolution of operational challenges.
Act as a platform subject matter expert, providing training to internal teams and external stakeholders on product functionalities and best practices.
Oversee the rollout of new products and features, ensuring that they are aligned with operational requirements and security protocols.
Provide feedback to product teams, contributing to continuous product improvement and the development of new features based on real-world use cases.
Key Management & Security Compliance:
Oversee key management operations in accordance with PCI standards, ensuring the proper handling, issuance, and storage of sensitive keys.
Supervise the key management teams and ensure that processes involving CA certificates and keys are carried out with the highest level of security.
Ensure that the secure room operations and policies and specifications related to key management are compliant with internal and external security standards and manage the security procedures within the secure facility.
Conduct regular reviews of secure room access logs and audit trails, reporting any irregularities or security incidents.
Deployment & Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the deployment phase, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
Optimize deployment workflows and tools, ensuring scalability to handle growing numbers of customer platforms.
Develop and maintain detailed, user-friendly documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
EXPERIENCES
At least 2 years or more experience in similar capacity.
Excellent oral and written communication in English.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus point to facilitate communication with Chinese associates.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Candidates should ideally have experience in some of the following technologies:
Experience in platform support, key management, or a related role in a PCI-compliant environment.
Experience in managing PCI-certified secure rooms and key operations.

About the team
The Investment Services Platform Team (ISPT) is a central team within Platform Operating Model Control and Support in Global Operating Platform, reporting to the Global Head of Platform Control and Support with a global remit. What you’ll do
· Support the day to day service provision and support oversight of our core investment platform (Aladdin) with
the third party supplier BlackRock Solutions (BRS)
· Service 2nd line Aladdin related enquiries from Investment, Dealing and Operations users globally with primary
focus in APAC region
· Troubleshoot general user enquiries and direct accordingly
· Oversee Aladdin related enquiries and service requests raised by users directly with BRS to identify business
critical items that require further triage and management
· Be the escalation point to BRS and work with Schroders Global Technology to manage critical business issues
· Escalate Aladdin service incidents impacting critical business processes, including coordination with Schroders
Global Technology and business teams through to resolution
· Follow up on issue/incident root cause analysis and mitigating actions
· Reduce Aladdin incidents by working with ISPT, BRS and Schroders Global Technology through platform control
and functional capabilities improvement
· Work closely with team members in Asia Pacific and US to ensure global coverage and handover of service issues
and escalations on daily basis
· Identification and management of the life cycle of underlying problem management themes
· Work on multiple priorities concurrently
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
· Experience working within an asset management firm within front office environment
· Good technical investment services platform knowledge and ability to bridge the communications between third
party vendors, IT and the business
· Good understanding of fund management business and end to end Order/Trade workflow
· Familiarity with broad range of investment products and instruments
· Familiarity with the dealing lifecycle of Equity, Fixed Income and OTC derivatives instruments is preferred
· Strong communication skills and experience to manage third party portfolio, order, execution management
