1. Strategic Leadership & Roadmap
- Define the 5-year platform engineering and operations roadmap covering datacenter modernization, hybrid cloud integration, and infrastructure automation.

- Establish platform engineering as a product function with clear SLAs, service catalogues, and self-service models.

2. Engineering & Modernization
- Architect and deliver compute and virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, OCP-v, Hyper-V)
Oversee storage and backup platforms (SAN/NAS, Object, enterprise backup/DR) with tiering, replication, and RPO/RTO compliance.
Oversee creation and enforcement of SDD, HLD, LLD, SI, HDD documentation for platform services.
- Establish governance boards and design review councils for all platform-related projects.
- Lead platform automation using Terraform, Ansible, PowerCLI, Python, CI/CD integration.
3. Technology & Innovation
- Lead evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies such as hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI), container-native storage, and multi-cloud orchestration.
- Define strategy for platform automation (Terraform, Ansible, PowerCLI, Python, GitOps).
- Build capabilities for DevSecOps, observability, and SRE practices across all infrastructure platforms.
4. Reliability, Patching & Operations
- Own infrastructure operations ensuring platform uptime and SLA adherence.
Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes aligned with ITIL and SRE principles.
Lead enterprise patching and lifecycle management frameworks (SCCM, Satellite, VMware Lifecycle Manager).
- Ensure platform resiliency through cluster designs, DR drills, and RPO/RTO compliance.
- Establish proactive monitoring and observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, vROps).
- Drive continuous improvement, incident reduction, and root cause elimination in platform operations.
5. Security & Compliance
- Embed Zero Trust and DevSecOps principles in engineering and operations.
- Automate compliance monitoring and audit reporting.
- Integrate data governance, retention, and sovereignty frameworks across storage and backup solutions.
- Automate compliance checks and reporting into CI/CD and infra pipelines.
- Lead remediation for operational vulnerabilities and ensure secure patching practices.
6. People Leadership & Vendor Management
- Lead a global team of platform engineers and operations.

- Draw project schedule and workshop drawings and prepare as-built drawing / operation manual

- To design refrigeration system for enquiries/ tenders received from sales team
