Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Assist doctor in the consultation room and in procedures, ensuring efficient patient flow and smooth clinical operations.
• Make appointments with patients and other specialists as required, maintaining accurate records of patient interactions.
• Liaise with hospitals and clinics personnel regarding patient medical reports, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Coordinate with lab coordinators, radiology clinic, and other medical clinics on test pricing, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Book operating theatre for patients undergoing surgery, prioritizing patient needs and safety.
• Process patient claims, Medisave claims, and data entry to processing department for insurance policies, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Provide patient education and financial counselling, empowering patients to make informed decisions about their healthcare.
• Register patients accurately, ensuring data integrity and compliance with organisational standards.
• Conduct medication stock taking report and restock medication, upholding safe storage practices.
• Cross cover operational duties when required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
• Assist management in operational and administrative duties, contributing to the success of the organisation.

• Minimum Education: Diploma in Nursing
• Licensure: Singapore Registered Nurse with valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)

Nursing Job Responsibilities

11. Blood taking/IV cannulation experience is advantageous.

14. A strong team player is required.
