Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for 3D product design and its requirements
- Lead in Mechanical and Engineering Design for Process Development or Product Design or Engineering solutions
- Create proof of concepts
- Generate engineering drawing with proper GD&T and Tolerance Stack up
- Define test requirements needed for all the designed products
- Drive Projects with tight timeline
- Any other duties as and when assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Industrial
- 1-2 years of relevant experience

- Knowledge of CAE simulation will be an added advantage
- Competent in Engineering calculations
- Hands on 3D CAD & CAE experience
- Good problem-solving skills with strong technical acumen

Evaluate product structure and design to meet safety and functional requirement throughout the whole development process
Review the current process to ensure its continuous improvement and drive the cross-functional project to optimize process
Drive big incidence to ensure root cause can be identified and countermeasure with proper problem-solving tools
Initiate Q-Test plan for high complexity element to ensure risk has been identified with DFM when production
Define the test method in development stage and ensure supplier conduct the test accordingly
Conduct production pilot at vendors’ plant, evaluate and qualify manufacturing process
