Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out all preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance and submit necessary reports to Superior from time to time
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards in designs and installations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation including electrical drawings, schematics, and reports.
• Responsible for the proper maintenance on various rotating and static equipment and systems.
• Ensure minimum down time or timely repairs of production equipment.
• Determine materials, spares, tools and method required to complete maintenance task safely.
• Plan and execute machinery condition monitoring and field data collection with production team and engineers.
• Supervise and work closely with in-house contractor and equipment vendor to execute maintenance work at the site. Ensure safeguards are followed such as valid work permit are issued, wearing prescribed personal protection equipment etc.
• Liaise with production team with all aspects of Electrical system testing, running, trouble-shooting, carry out material specification checks on piping, valves, solenoid, transmitter, positional, RTD and other equipment.
• Able to take on additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
• Able to perform valve line up & LOTO for operations or maintenance preparations.
• Authorized to stop work and report any unsafe acts or conditions, and ensure compliance with all applicable Health and Safety regulations and procedures
• Adhere to established quality, environmental protection, health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years practical experience in the oil, gas and petrochemical refinery.
• Experience in hands-on troubleshooting of Instrumentation, Electrical or Mechanical system.
• Familiar with Permit to Work system and local codes, regulations and standards requirement.
• Proficient in usage of Microsoft Office and trained in the use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Experience with ASU, Air Compressor, Gas turbine, motor, pump or gas engine generator maintenance and operations will be an added advantage.

2. Heat Treatment Technician (Weekly Rotating Shift)

• Follow heat treat scheduling to ensure proper sequence for product through heat-treating cycles.
• Load and unload furnaces and deal safely with any waste products.
• Set temperature for particular treatment, and onitor the treatment cycle.
• Responsible for heat-treat process and furnace accuracy to ensure uniformity.
• Test samples for hardness and ensure that they meet the customer's specifications.
• Repetitively lift and move parts on and off pallets.
• Involved in machine and equipment shifting as and when required.

Roles & Responsibilities

·    Regular inspection, servicing and maintaining equipment including motors, pumps, transmission systems, and production-related equipment to ensure optimal operation.

· Inspecting and assessing the functionality of production machines.

· Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns.

· Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks.

· Execution of Contracts on outsourced Services to ensure fulfilment of contract terms and agreements.

· Communicating with the production team and maintaining a clean work area.

· Manage the maintenance documentation.

· Participate actively in contributing to HSE development and improvement.

· Perform any other duties that may be assigned.

Job Requirements

·    NITEC (National ITE Certificate) or diploma in mechanical, electrical, real estate maintenance/facilities management.

·    In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.

·    Excellent troubleshooting skills.

·    Ability to be on 24/7 hours standby for any M&E related emergency call out.

·   Must be prepared to work overtime when necessary.

·   Minimum of 3-5 years related experience.

·   Knowledge of Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.

·   Strong project management skills.

·   Familiarity with health and safety requirements of local government authorities.
