Position title : Operations & Maintenance Supervisor
Location: 43 Jln Buroh Singapore
Working Days: 5. 5 work week
Working hours : 7.30am to 4.30pm, Sat: 7.30am to 12.45pm
Salary : Up to $4000 (subject to qualifications and experience) + OT
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, day-to-day operations of the facility
- Be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment
- Lead a group of workers, hauliers and tanker attendants e.g. addressing issues or grievances, ensure proper facilitation of their job assignments and etc.
- Oversea and commit to plant safety procedures: WHS, FS
- Ensure stock count for cylinder tracking is timely and accurately reflected in our in-house system
- Communicate with other departments or parts of the plant to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirement
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant work experience in Petroleum/Oil and Gas is preferred.
- At least 3 years of working experience preferably in Plant
- Experience ensuring overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills as well as international exposure
Entrepreneurial spirit to drive improvement of product performance, quality, and profitability
