Responsibilities:
Inventory, Manpower Management and Purchasing
- Station at the plant and manage the entire Engineering Department, which includes the Maintenance and Welding team and to manage all our vehicles, bins/compactors, equipment, and machineries.
- Effectively manage manpower and work allocation for the Engineering department
- Keep inventory tracking and recording of tyres, spare parts, welding related materials and ensure all are properly recorded and ensure everything is accounted for
- Perform daily inventory count of our bins and compactors
- Work with Assistant Operations Manager and Purchasing Department to make purchase for tyres, spare parts, welding related materials and other items required for the Engineering department
- Assist Assistant Operations Manager to monitor and control all staff matters, such as MCs, medical claims, leave matters, last minute leave, overtime, staff discipline, punctuality, wearing of PPE, counselling, issuance of warning letters etc
Maintenance and Welding Works
- In charge of changing tyres for all the vehicles.
- Conduct scheduled routine checks on our vehicles, compactors, bins, equipment and machines at the plant
- Arrange for vehicle inspection and bins/compactors certification
- Supervise Maintenance team and review their recommendation on whether a vehicle/machine/equipment should be repaired in house or to be sent to external workshop
- Ensure there is a service report submitted for all maintenance works done, check and review the service report.
- Ensure the entire Engineering department keep logs on work and issues and update Daily Job Report
- Might have to travel to external locations occasionally to perform field support on vehicle, equipment, machinery and compactors breakdown. Work closely with Operations Department to provide status update
Others
- Maintain effective and frequent communication with the Assistant Operations Manager
- Ensure proper coordination of works and information with relevant departments
- Maintain the cleanliness of the whole Plant
- Ensure compliance with Work Safety and Health (WSG) regulations
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years working experience with 1-2 years in supervisory / management capacity.
- Preferably with Class 3 driving licence
- Reliable, motivated and possess sense of responsibility
- Willing and able to work overtime when required
- 6-days work week

Salary : Up to $4000 + OT
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, day-to-day operations of the facility
- Be responsible for the overall maintenance and repair works of the plant equipment
- Lead a group of workers, hauliers and tanker attendants e.g. addressing issues or grievances, ensure proper facilitation of their job assignments and etc.
- Oversea and commit to plant safety procedures: WHS, FS
- Ensure stock count for cylinder tracking is timely and accurately reflected in our in-house system
- Communicate with other departments or parts of the plant to make sure everything runs smoothly

Requirement
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant work experience in Petroleum/Oil and Gas is preferred.

This role responsible for ensuring the plant complies with environmental, safety, and health (ESH) regulations. This includes implementing and maintaining ESH programs, policies, and procedures to reduce environmental impact, prevent accidents, and ensure a safe workplace. The role involves working with various teams, providing training and guidance, and promoting a strong ESH culture across the organization. The ESH Manager also monitors and reports on ESH performance, coordinates with regulatory authorities, and supports audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all activities related to the Safety Case in line with MHI (Major Hazard Installation) regulations.
- Keep plant process safety information up to date.
- Oversee the ESH budget and spending.
- Approve purchases of ESH-related consumables and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and stakeholder requirements.
- Support major plant shutdown activities.
- Maintain the legal register and monitor compliance.
- Organize required assessments (e.g., stack emissions, IHM, noise).
- Coordinate employee health assessments.
- Lead risk and EAI assessments for any process changes.
- Develop, review, and update ESH-related work procedures and SOPs.
- Handle ad hoc ESH tasks as assigned.
- Liaise with authorities for licensing or changes in hazardous substance limits.
- Handle incident investigations and report non-conformities to relevant authorities.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external ESH training programs.
- Conduct regular coaching and feedback sessions.
- Monitor employee performance and ensure required competency levels.
Requirements:
- Degree in ESH, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified WSH Officer (Level C).
- Certified Confined Space Assessor and Work-at-Height (WAH) Assessor.
- BizSafe Level 2 certification.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a similar role.
- Experience in vendor management and ISO systems.
- Familiar with liaising with government agencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate level).
- Strong leadership skills to manage the ESH team and meet department KPIs.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, SS651, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Skilled in conducting risk assessments and EAI assessments.
- Experienced in leading accident investigations.
- Understanding of the ACTA framework.
- Good planning and organizational skills to manage tasks and resources effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
