Plant Maintenance Technician (Weekly Rotating Shift)
Check on plant facilities to ensure that all apparatus are working efficiently.
- Ability to perform welding, cementing, plumbing & electrical works
- Attend job requests, complaints , breakdown & defect reports including preventive maintenance.
- Report to supervisor for instructions to carry out further maintenance or repair work.
- Ensure safety for the operation and repair of such plant facilities in accordance to requirements.
- Maintain & submit facilities routine checks record and report to Supervisor in daily, weekly/monthly.
- Perform other instructions required by the supervisor.
2. Heat Treatment Technician (Weekly Rotating Shift)
- Follow heat treat scheduling to ensure proper sequence for product through heat-treating cycles.
- Load and unload furnaces and deal safely with any waste products.
- Set temperature for particular treatment, and onitor the treatment cycle.
- Responsible for heat-treat process and furnace accuracy to ensure uniformity.
- Test samples for hardness and ensure that they meet the customer's specifications.
- Repetitively lift and move parts on and off pallets.
- Involved in machine and equipment shifting as and when required.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Regular inspection, servicing and maintaining equipment including motors, pumps, transmission systems, and production-related equipment to ensure optimal operation.
· Inspecting and assessing the functionality of production machines.
· Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns.
· Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks.
· Execution of Contracts on outsourced Services to ensure fulfilment of contract terms and agreements.

Job Requirements

· Ability to be on 24/7 hours standby for any M&E related emergency call out.
· Must be prepared to work overtime when necessary.
· Minimum of 3-5 years related experience.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Strong project management skills.
· Familiarity with health and safety requirements of local government authorities.
