To support the Planning Manager in managing customers' orders, production schedules, and planning processes to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) and smooth operations within the supply chain.
JOB DUTIES
Primary Job Duties:
Prepare and maintain weekly OTD Report .
Process and update customers' orders accurately into the ERP system.
Run MPS (Master Production Schedule) and ROP (Reorder Point) in support of the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) process .
Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to ensure alignment of schedules and material availability.
Secondary Job Duties:
Assist in forecasting analysis and demand planning.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes.
Provide ad hoc planning and reporting support as required by the Planning Manager.
EXPERIENCE:
1 to 3 years in production / material / supply chain planning preferred.
Fresh graduates with relevant degree and strong learning attitude are welcome.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent discipline.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
ERP system knowledge (e.g., BC, or similar) preferred.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment.
