What You Will Do
- Perform SAP transactions for part sourcing, swapping, and issuing in support of module and/or engine builds.
- Collect parts from the warehouse and issue them to Final Inspection and Assembly.
- Perform kitting and transfer parts to Assembly according to the build schedule.
- Ensure compliance with all departmental standard work procedures, quality requirements, and airworthiness standards.
- Monitor part shortages and coordinate with relevant teams to track ETA of required materials.
- Lead and assign tasks to the Planning Assistant team based on engine priorities and operational needs.
- Support general shop operations, including lifting, PIV (Powered Industrial Vehicle) operations, and housekeeping tasks.
- Selected candidates will receive PIV and lifting training conducted by OEM-certified and in-house trainers.
- Actively participate in EH&S programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high standards of ethics and compliance.
- To carry out other duties as assigned.
- NITEC in Logistics, Supply Chain or any related discipline.
- Min 2 years of experience in production planning, warehouse operations or supply chain support.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment, including close coordination with technicians and warehouse staff.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and hands-on in approach.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset.
- Willing to work rotating shifts (Day & Night) and commit to overtime when required.
- Technical experience in Engine MRO or the Aerospace industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP systems.
