Specific responsibilities

Individual should:

1. Provide information about available domestic workers, their skills, and experience.

2. Evaluate the skills, qualifications, and preferences of domestic workers.

3. Conduct background checks, verify references, and ensure the authenticity of domestic workers' documentation.

4. Facilitate the placement process, including scheduling interviews between clients and domestic workers.

5. Act as a liaison between clients and domestic workers, facilitating clear and effective communication.

6. Maintain accurate records of domestic workers and client information.

Technical skills & competencies:

1. Ability to manage and maintain a database of domestic workers, including their skills, qualifications, and placement history.

2. Proficiency in organizing and maintaining detailed records of clients, domestic workers, and placement transactions.

3. Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations related to domestic work in the region of operation.

4. Familiarity with office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) for tasks such as creating reports, managing spreadsheets, and communicating with clients.

5. Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to maintain client records and track interactions.

6. Basic data analysis skills to identify trends, assess the success of placement strategies, and make data-driven decisions.

The Institutional Equity Division’s Internship Programs begin with a one-day orientation where Industrial Placement & Summer Analysts are introduced to the Firm and primary businesses within, as well as to one another at our opening firmwide networking event. For the remainder of training, interns will attend divisional-specific training to develop the core skills required for a successful program.

All Industrial Placement & Summer Analysts will receive on-the-job training and be exposed to a wide variety of roles, products and services throughout IED, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, client-facing, and market-driven environment. Industrial Placement & Summer Analysts will have the opportunity to broaden and strengthen their respective skillsets, collaborating with individuals across IED on meaningful projects and initiatives. Two rotations will be offered in Institutional Equity Division during the internship programs.

In addition, the Programs feature a Senior Management Speaker Series, desk teach-ins, cross-divisional networking events, community service events, performance reviews, and a robust mentorship program.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Sales: Work alongside experienced employees to learn how we build our client base and establish and maintain long-term client relationships. Assist with developing and presenting investment ideas and the fundamentals of selling and cross-selling the Firm’s products
• Trading: Develop and execute trading ideas and analysis, and support all aspects of the market-making trade execution process, from research analytics on trades to relative value analysis
• Structuring: Use innovative and solutions-based approach to designing both investment and risk management products across all asset classes
• Research / Strategy: Analyze market fundamentals and liaise with researchers to develop investment recommendations for internal and external clients
• Analytics: Provide quantitative and qualitative analytics around client revenue and profitability; work to efficiently manage commission dollars by creating increased transparency around the services that clients value

Qualifications and Skills

• You are pursuing an undergraduate Bachelor’s or Master's degree with a graduation date between October 2026 and July 2027
• A keen interest in finance and markets
• Analytical, adaptive, multi-tasker, team player and possess a strong work ethic
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English required, and Asian language skills preferred

Internship Period
