The primary responsibilities include:

• Participating in pre-placement interviews with students and assisting them in obtaining Work Holiday Passes.
• Contributing to internship placement, pass application, and sourcing host companies.
• Coordinating and delivering CIEE student activities and events, including airport arrivals, orientation, farewells, logistics for study tours, physical classes, and extra-curricular activities.
• SUPPORTING the development and coordination of health and ground programs as needed.
• Assisting in the coordination and management of student housing placements.
• Responding to medical and other emergencies appropriately and reporting timely in Salesforce for incidents.
• Performing other duties as directed.

• Candidates holding a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) will be prioritized; otherwise, training will be provided.
